HMI can behave like a smartphone with technology-appropriate interface

The selected new cMT X Series HMIs supported touch gesture provides an easier and more intuitive HMI working experience. It allows operators to use various gestures such as swipe or pinch to manage HMI section functions without needing on-screen buttons.

Easier and Simpler UI Style

Previously, as seen in the left image below, the HMI user interface for editing and displaying variables was quite complex. Now resources can be reduced with smart handles. UI modifications can be changed with touch gestures, fully customizable; showing that tools are more organized and more intuitive to use.

Custom Gesture Settings

1. Customizable gestures

Users can design gestures for applicable operation lists or form numbers.

2. Various gesture types

Single/double finger drag, multi-finger touch, multi-finger hold, or five-finger interaction.

3. Rich action sequence triggered by gestures

Touch gestures can trigger parameter changes, application launches, macro execution, layer entry, and powerful capabilities for monitoring through a rich set of actions.
